Èlia and her family lived in an old apartment in Barcelona, tattered but charming in its own way. Èlia had an older sister with whom she used to squabble a lot, yet still had a very sweet relationship with, looking up to her enormously.

Èlia used to be a very cheerful child despite being quite introverted. She usually was too shy to speak up or open up to new people, but when comfortable, she became a bright and bubbly girl: singing, dancing, and telling her lame attempts at jokes. However, her stubborn character paired with her struggle to communicate her feelings, made Èlia especially sensitive to any kind of conflict, having exorbitant reactions that made her classmates conceive a negative image about her, as they didn’t understand Èlia’s behavior.

One July night, during summer vacations, Èlia took her bike to ride around the campsite, never to be seen again.

• Èlia loved drawing, and often imagined fantasy worlds where she and her friends would have mystical adventures.
